Stereo... closing? General question.
 Jan 9 2025, 12:36:27 PM

So, I realize some shows open with a business model of only performing a limited run if there is a star or if they think they can recoup or even make a big enough 'splash' during said time frame but with Stereophonic... any thoughts or insights on why they "had" to close. They were at, if not near, capacity throughout their time at the Golden and they extended multiple times. I'm happy to hear of the tour and the West End transfer but couldn't this show have lived a

Well, this seems to be getting out of hand, lol. @Chrishuyen, excellent point! I genuinely appreciate your view!  :) Still open to hearing additional thoughts from anyone who watches this production and can make intelligent connections or who has serious responses. Have a great night!

Nope. Not at all. Just still looking for anyone to give input on how this connects with this production. Thanks for the question! Is the production overly 'edgy' or 'obscene?' Haha. I am loving these responses! Keep going everyone! Pretty sure I just asked for context between the merch and the production but thank you everyone for your input.

Just got a marketing/merchandise email from the production (or the merch shop) and they're going with 'The Youth Is f**ked"? There is a pin set that has 2 pins that just say "f**ked" in different fonts (wonder if I could pin-trade that at Disney, lol) and a pink teddy bear wearing a shirt that just says 'F**ked.'

I've been in professional entertainment for 25+ years, and I understand when a show wants to disrupt the market with aggressi

I was also there for this performance. I was also a little taken out of the moment when Dana called "line" twice. I do see in the Playbill she understudies both 'Toni' and this role so I wonder if this a case of the performer focused more on the lead then than a secondary character and got caught off guard? But, also, I thought I read they got notification the day before because Natalie Gold was out then? Lastly, we def had an additional understudy in the back of the ORCH ho
