"Equis" with Richard Burton
 Feb 17 2008, 02:06:49 AM
Many years ago, I had by chance, the opportunity to see the play "Equis," starring Richard Burton as the psychiatrist. That I would have to say, was the most intense and riviting performance and show I have seen to date, except perhaps, "Zorba," with Anthony Quinn...
"Brooklyn the Musical," was out with "Brooklyn the Boy." not to be confused.

Both "Brooklyn the Musical, and Brooklyn the Boy," were out at the same time, and I for one, didn't see "Brooklyn the Boy," but in seeing "Brooklyn the Musical," meeting the writer and hearing of his background, this had more impact on me, and in seeing the performance of those wonderful actors was for me, very entertaining. I was both surprised and sorry that it didn't remain open longer.

Before seeing "Spamalot," we had dinner at DB Daniel's Bistro, the food, atmosphere and service were terrific. Just need to try it once if you haven't already done so. Of course, when I am casual, I enjoy Don Giovanni's on W 44th off of 9th Ave.
Enjoy NYC!

Hopefully, the writer will open again? I thought it would benefit Junior High and High School Students and was very entertaining for all.
Sad that this didn't have a longer run!

Wow, did I enjoy Huge Jackman in the "Boy from Oz." He was fantastic, as he's in performing X-Man. What great creative talent and not to say good looks he has. Hoping he'll return to Broadway again soon!
"Spamalot" Clay Aiken

Clay Aiken never disappoints me,giving to children with special needs, his book, performances at his concerts, television appearances, television special, albums and now an actor in "Spamalot," how brilliant he is in his roles. From day one on American Idol, I have say: Hey,Hey, Hey, Play Clay All the Way to Broadway! Hooray, now he's done it, and hopefully he'll be performing in other shows soon. Thank God for his natural talents, and good sense of humor. Looking forward to Clay Aiken's fut
