I have read a few of the threads on Equus from last nights performance and I just want to contradict a few things.
The actors are still in previews (the second one to be exact)so they are working out the kinks of the show. That being said what was on stage last night was nothing short of impressive theatre. Not very far into it you begin to feel for Alan and completely forget that it is Daniel Radcliff on stage. This show is not in any way on the surface. You have to pay attention and

I saw the preview show last night and I was in row k of the mezz. The show was just fine from up there. And it was worth every single penny!! Spend the money and see it!!!
