MTI - International Listings

Now, on the show's pages, you can find the listings for the professional international productions for shows, as well, and I have a few questions.

1) Why is "Thoroughly Modern Millie" so popular in the Czech Republic, and how can it be booking until 2011, when most Broadway shows don't book past early 2009?
2) Will "Ragtime" be the longest-running musical in Poland?
3) How can "Avenue Q" book a year in Paris when it is not opening until fall 2009?
4) Why is the listing for the theatre near me (I perform there often, and I see every show there) for "The Producers" booking until February 2009, when we close in November?
