To me Syesha was boring. We've seen that before. You can see anyone on Broadway or regional theatre pull that off. Boring.
Castro put his spin on the song. If the song wasn't from Cats or well known, he could do quite well with it. He has a certain style and it worked for him.

Posted: 4/22/08 at 8:28pmWell it's weird she messed up, but it was very professional... I like when she makes a mistake she fixes it, like she did with "Let it Be." She is a real person and so likable. That's what makes her great.

I'd buy her album for sure. And I can't say that about anyone else so far. Probably David Cook, too, actually.
She isn't the best vocalist. But she is so real and her voice expresses that.
