2. Have the local police deliver the pizza.
3. The next night, about 2:30am, call the local 24-hour restaurant, and have them deliver a large order to the same address with only the prankster's name as a reference.

Our local pizzaria has caller ID so they can report the pranksters immediately without tying up their lines.
