My very close friend Steffi Didomenicantonio, now known as Steffi D, has made it onto the top 22 Canadian Idols. If you are not already following the show, Monday is the first live show where Canada votes.

This being said, Steffi is no ordinary pop singer, she is, as much as I am, a Musical Theatre Addict, through and through. As you can see by her online bio here:

As you can see, she is quite the Theatre aficionado, on top of the fact that she is one hell of a good singer, as you can see based on this:

Now that you are completely in love with her, I urge you to watch Canadian Idol on Tuesday night, and vote for her!

DI-do-meni-can-TO-ni-o, I think thats why she's going by Steffi D :P

Gah...I wish I could make it home for Idol, but I usually work late on the days its on (what days IS it on this year?)

I'll tell friends to vote for her though.

Hah...I love that last year's winner and runner-up are a couple. Even if they are both sort of mediocre talents (at least their songs are), its a cute match.

Sadly...pretty much.

It's not that they aren't talented...its just that most of the albums they put out are total crap.

But don't assume that American Idol is the only version. It started in Britain first with Pop Idol and spread to American about the same time it did to every other part of the world.

Remember World Idol a few Christmases ago? Kelly represented the US but the guy from Britain won.

I meant to say "now known" not "not know"

and it plays Mon, Tues, Wed until the top 10 is announced

And I believe it was the Greenland guy that won, he kind of looked like a hobbit, one of the judges made a comment about "Middle Earth Idol"

I will watch and vote for- and let me make it official now: I am a Canadienne and my name is Steff but I am NOT on CI! I cannot sing- out loud anyway. But in my head I sound wonderful! Only one voice, despite what many might think LOL

I will be going to see OLIVER! @ Stratford soon. I'll let you know what I think if anyone is interested.
