I'm inviting a casting director to see my show, as advised by a friend of mine who plays piano for auditions for that particular casting agency. My friend gave the casting director my picture and resume to consider for a role in a show.
I am writing a letter to the casting director to invite him. Should I include another picture and resume, or should I just mail the letter and flyer?

Shub, I don't know anything about the acting buisness, but I would venture to say that one copy of your resume is enough. He's got it and he'll probably take a look at it, you don't want to seem too eagar.
So should I send a picture, or nothing except the letter? Thanks, guys.

I would just send the letter, but I'm not the person to ask, really.

send the letter and your headshot and make sure to reference your friend.
