Papa is right in saying that I was right in saying that Bway is right.
Who cares about your petty arguments over silly movies?
YOU KNOW WHAT ELSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSE COMES OUT ON APRIL 4:
It isn't the sight of gay cowboys buttf*cking that makes ME gay. It's LIZA in HALSTON doing FOSSE choreography to RING THEM BELLS!
Well... you got me there, Namo. I actually bought six copies. Two for myself (just in case I wear one out) and four to give as gifts.
And in some ways, I think it even works better on a small screen!
I love you, PJ.
And I'm ignoring Papa and Kringas. Nothing can steal my Brokeback joy.
OK, plenty can. But still.
Liza. With a Z. Coked up and performing like she never would again.
Kringas,
ya know what we need, you should find that song you wrote for me after i saw brokeback, and you should repost it
as for me i'll get narnia, it comes out the same day, and it did'nt make me wanna scream out "for godsake someone throw a pie or something"
Really, Harris? Because I thought that stupid boy playing Edmund could have used one in his face a few times.

Brokeback Mountain was incredibly hard to follow....
C_S, I'm sure you meant hard to swallow.

i was so bored during brokeback, i was texting my friends about how bored i was.
Why are nine-year olds allowed to own cell phones?

Do your impression of a nine year old owning a cell phone.
YOu can see that impression on the "it's all an act" thread.

Honey, I know Chick Flicks. I love Chick Flicks. You, Brokeback Mountain sir, are no Chick Flick.

elgr8, Luscious and myself find this discussion of "other" dvds to be petty, destructive of our community's greater goals, and most importantly, hurtful. As Broadwaysinger pointed out, that's not funny.
As Luscious pointed out, in many ways, BM works even better on a small screen. For this reason we are suggesting the following catchphrase to use with friends and associates in order to encourage them to purchase at least one copy of the dvd:
"Brokeback: See it again, for the small time."
Uh-oh...did I commit a Hurt Crime...AGAIN?!?

It's important to know that there are some of us for whom Liza, in any way, shape or form is just an unbearable concept. Not for us the overdone eyelashes, the whirling vortex of neediness.
We prefer the economically, finely-etched, delicate creation of a guy who mumbles through a clenched jaw.

Wow. I guess size really doesn't matter.

It might be fun to see BM on the smallest video screen possible. Its artistic brilliance would be revealed as surely as YOUR NAME ON A GRAIN OF RICE.
Miss Holly eagerly awaiting the simultaneous DVD releases of Brokeback Mountain and Liza with a Z, sitting on pins-and-needles on top of PalJoey's dirty laundry.
You guys, I didn't read this whole thread for the fear I would start crying again. But I wanted you all to know that Wal-mart is offering a copy of Partners starring Ryan O'Neil and John Hurt for $2.99 if you buy Brokeback Mountain. Just a little heads up. Sorry if someone posted this already.

For every copy of Partners sold, I pledge another ha' penny to the Impeach The Broken Four Fund. I urge you all do to the same.
