Does anyone else feel like they get reallly sick at exactly the wrong time?! I was healthy all winter, but I had nothing in particular that I needed to be in great health for. Now I get my first cold all winter... I can't breathe, I can't talk- and I have a 6.2 mile road race to run today. Lovely. Does this happen to anyone else?

I've been healthey since I'd say last April, and ZAP three days ago, my sinuses go wild...I can relate.......

I hope you do not do that race. Being sick, it would not be smart

I always get body aches before performances, but maybe it's just my insecurities...
