Posted: 8/31/05 at 10:54amIf you've never heard of this cd by Lea Delaria, I HIGHLY suggest it to anyone who's into Lea or her off-beat, offensive sort of comedy. I just got my copy in the mail (ordered it from Barnes and Noble) and it had me laughing on the floor, and I was even more surprised and entertained by her jazz performances on the cd. Ecxellent rendition of "Why Don't You Do Right". I'm a huge fan of Lea Delaria, and if you want to start off with something a little bit lighter, start with her book "Lea's Book of Rules for the World". Just had to profess my love for this woman. :)

Posted: 8/31/05 at 11:18amthey do an ironic, lounge version of it on some cd of "lounge music" that was popular in the mid-late '90's. it's actually pretty good. lea rips it off almost to a "t" on her latest cd.
