College Auditions

I'm auditiong for the Theatre Ed programs at quite a few schools in the next few months, and I would love any helpful tips you have regarding college auditions and the college audition process. I'm doing a monologue from The Taming of the Shrew and a contrasting one from Gigi and singing 16 bars from either "The Simple Joys of Maidenhood" from Camelot or "Maybe" from Annie. Thanks for any hints or tips or just plain advice you can give! Ramble away!
