I don't get this. I wonder when it started, and when it became acceptable. I just saw someone walking down the snow-covered sidewalk in the 30 degree weather in what looked like a thin pair of light blue PJ pants with clouds or something on them.
I just couldn't do it. I would feel foolish. I mean, comfort is one thing, but how can you walk around in a city?
I might be able to understand an enclosed place, like a college campus, but I just don't get doing it in an urban environment in the freezing weahter.
I don't because I'd be walking around naked...

I WISH IT WERE SPRING !!!!!!!!!!
You beat me to it, TD. What are these "pajamas" of which you speak?
maybe it was you, kooky, that I saw.
And Diva, thank you for the mental picture of you walking down the street bare-ass naked holding naked baby Elphaba.
Sorry.
And your PM's are blocked.

I'm a boxers and tee guy too. I always hated jammies.
Hee hee...
You said cock.
I'm also the year of the Cock! what a coincidence!
That's not Cherry Grove is it, jay?
I think the pajama-wearing is out of control--extraordinarily tacky on women, feminizing on men. They can't possibly think it's attractive...
But I'm Old Hollywood, you can't go by me--if I had my way, we'd still wear hats and gloves, movie stars wouldn't be caught dead without makeup and they'd gladly sign autographs and be nice to fans.

As an undergrad, I was guilty of going to my early classes in pjs. But, I can't imagine doing something like that now. And I would never wear them off campus and into the "real world." I recently saw a woman in the mall wearing pjs and SLIPPERS, which I couldn't believe because there was snow on the ground.

Never. I saw two girls walking around Walgreens in pjs last week, though. One wore pajama top AND bottoms and the other wore pj bottoms and SLIPPERS.
Goodness, I think the only time I've ever worn my pajamas outside was back in CT, when I would take my dog out.
Of course, I knew that no one would see me. Except maybe someone else taking their dog out.
A friend of mine wears pajamas out -- to classes and whatnot. There was a time where -- because she claimed she wanted to be comfortable -- she wore pajamas to the airport. I, on the other hand, pointed out that I was quite comfortable in my nice jeans, white tee-shirt, and sweater.
I just don't understand.
I have seen some "straight" guys wearing this A&F pajamas with a tight white tank top at the gym... I thought its kinda hot!!
specially if they have a nice behind...I dont wanna see girls wearing pajamas -PERIOD! but only young fit guys (18-30 yrs old )

Oh--so guys over 30 no longer qualify as young, jay?
I wear pajamas when I get home from work (tshirt and pj bottoms) but dont wear them to bed...sometimes I even entertain in my pjs.
Boxer briefs and undershirt right here.
