Let me tell you about these shoes! I adore them. They come in a wide range of fun colors, and they are great shoes for all terrain. Snow, rain, etc. They will keep your feet dry, and they last forever. I have several different pairs of the classic boot. I also have several pairs of the Mary Janes that I've aquired over the years. Best shoes ever!

I used to have a pair of sandals that were Docs, and they were the most comfortable things ever. I was going to get a new pair when I was in London because they have a HUGE Doc Martens store, but for some reason I didn't. I kind of want to get a pair, though.

That's my Doc Martens story. I hope you liked it.

I just remember all of the kids in school would brag because theirs had the yellow thread around the sole and were authentic. Then they would tease the kids who had the cheap imitations with their white thread.

Gotta love middle school...

This thread makes me sad, the buckle on my Docs broke a couple of weeks ago. I've had them for six years, they endured my falling off the roof of the Presbyterian Student Center one week after I got them and many other adventures.

I really thought this was going to be a "about wearing doc martens to RENT" thread...

They are the comfiest shoes- and I was lucky because most of them were uniform compatible at my high school. I don't know where my pair went...
