Footnotes in Microsoft Word
#0Footnotes in Microsoft Word

I apologize for the stupid question, but I've been playing around trying to find and answer, and this is really bugging me.
The footnotes are automatically created in Times New Roman, but I prefer to use Arial (my entire paper is in Arial, and I think my footnotes should match). Is there a way to set it so that all footnotes will automatically be in a font other than the default, or do I have to continue making the chance for each and every individual footnote as I create it?
Thanks.

Easy.
Go to Format: Font. Click on Arial. In the lower left corner there's a button that says "Default...". Click that. :)

Posted: 4/10/06 at 3:30pmSpeaking of MS Word, my bullets are always messed up now...I can never get them to work correctly. So every time I type notes, the bullets mess up and they don't always indent over correctly, etc. Is there a way to get it back to "default"...I've tried searching the help but can't find anything, and when I go start a new document, the same thing happens again. MS Word, you pi*s me off!

Format...Bullets and Numbering...."Reset" Button (in the lower left corner)
Have you tried that?
