In what must be the worlds record for filing a law suit against the city

On Wednesday (9/13)a 17 year old was killed after climbing up a 15 foot fence & squeezing thru an opening between fence & a wall at a Public School

They have already filed a $ 10 million dollar law suit. The body was not even in the ground & they found time to do this. I guess this will make their grief a bit easier

Kudos to the ambulance chaser who got to them so quickly

There is a simler story that happend here. About 10 years ago at UMASS Amherst which is not that far where I live, A drunk student was climbing on one of the greenhouses for what ever reason and fell through it and he died later on.

His mother first tried to sue UMASS but that case didn't make it. She then sued the town because she claimed that the paramedics did strap him into the stretcher right. It went to court and this past week the town was found that it has nothing to do with his death
