I saw Hedwig and the Angry Inch last night on IFC. It was so depressing. I was depressed all night... I'm still depressed now. John was great though. I like him better as a man, but he's a great woman too. lol. I didn't know the kid (Henry) from Dawson's Creek and Murder by Numbers was in it. I love him. It's a great film. I'll have to get the DVD. The ass shot at the end made it all worth it, I guess... lol.

I loooove Hedwig. Buy the DVD- the extras are cool. They go behind the scenes to the making of Hedwig off-broadway etc. with interviews with JCM and Michael Cerveris. It's cool

not that I know of.
There's www.get-hed.com which is the Hedwig website.
I know right now he was working on directing a short film called Short Bus and then a film where people are going to actually be having sex and there was controversy around it.
He said he'd rather be behind the camera for awhile :)

Have I mentioned that I love John Cameron Mitchell?
Because I DO!!!!

He gave a talk at Notre Dame last year, and my ex-roommate went, and ended up SITTING NEXT TO HIM for the entire showing of Hedwig before his Q&A session. (btw, she's convinced that he was flirting with her... but then again, she thinks EVERYONE flirts with her.) So jealous.

I fell in love with his voice on the OBC of Secret Garden.
He played Dickon.
