Posted: 1/28/10 at 6:34pmObviously it's a fake, and "Who put that fvcking monkey up there? Was it you, George?" is a derogatory reference to Obama. The allusion is, if Bush hadn't fvcked up, America probably wouldn't have elected Obama.
