Wow, that's a new take on the "stealing cookies from a child" scenario !
One mistake. You don't chase a running suspect. That has led to people getting killed. You never know who's carrying a gun and may be desperate enough to use it. Not worth $200. to take that kind of a risk.
Correction: $800. or 200 boxes of cookies.
