Have you started therapy yet?
Something tells me the answer to that would be no

He's never going to get therapy. He doesn't think there's anything wrong with him. In Cruel's mind, he is the end-all be-all font of knowledge when it comes to anything on this board.
Even though he is a useless dolt who should be locked very far away, he finds himself highly amusing to the point where he'll state that he's getting therapy then he'll completely drop the subject and start up his old shenannigans once more.
And then he goes to his corner and pleasures himself to the thought of how "out there" and "edgy" the voices in his head tell him he is.
What a stain.

First time in a while I've actually laughed out loud at a PC screen!
Was anyone else really disappointed in Anthony Hope in Sweeney? He was neither a good enough voice for the power of numbers such as Johanna, nor was he even good looking! SHAME!
deep-delving, dark, deliberate you would say

our sky-blue slates are steaming in the sun,
our yachts tinkling and dancing in the bay
like racehorses. We contemplate at last
shining windows, a future forbidden to no one.

I liked his voice, and thought he was cute.
It could just be me, though...

Ok, well, I could half agree with you. His voice had the right kind of sound, but lacked the power for the parts of Johanna that are usually powerful (obviously weren't that powerful in the film), but in general, I suppose he wasn't bad, anyway.
On the other hand, I'm sorry, but long hair doesn't do much for me.

Artscallion, that was just the kind of laugh I needed. :)
And I agree with vmlinnie on the Anthony looks/voice.
I was going to ask what the point of this thread was, but I so enjoyed artscallion's wit, that it doesn't even matter.

Posted: 1/24/08 at 8:22pmI laughed during this lyric the three times I saw Sweeney Todd the movie. Jamie Campbell Bower looked so confused everytime he said that specific line, or for that matter, anytime he sang.

FindYourGrail, when are you going to get therapy? Having achieved such a high level of bitterness at such a young age can't be to healthy. I'd take C_S over you any day and no, that doesn't speak volumes. . . well it doesn't speak volumes about me anyway.

My problem is not mixing the songs, I think it is a fun idea; my problem is that what Cruel posted here is not a lyric from "Visions of Johanna"
The ghost of electricity howls in the bones of her face
Where these visions of Johanna have now taken my place.
Do they think that walls can hide you?
Even now i'm at your window
I am in the dark beside you
The harmonicas play the skeleton key's in the rain
And these visions of Johanna are now all that remain.=-=
Ah, how nice and insane it all looks together, but 2 great songs mixed MUST equal one song of such opulent squalor we must all bow down to it, and to C_S who led us here.
