Anybody read about this?

I have a friend who was at the show and she actually saw Kelly Osbourne throwing eggs at Iron Maiden. The crowd got really pissed at the constant "power failiure". More like Sharon ordering the crew to turn the PA off. There was almost a full scale riot.
What, was Ozzy tired of being buried onstage by his opening act?
Probably, Maiden dominated that tour. They carried the tour. When Ozzy couldn't perform, they extended their set to 3 hours. Sharon should be appreciative of a band who is willing to carry the load.
Johnny Depp has girly man hands? Why does that not surprise me.
I thought it was more interesting than the Iron Maiden thing.
I saw Maiden on the 'Brave New World' tour and they did two hours and some change and were tighter than when I saw them ten years before that, at their popularity peak.
Last time I saw Ozzy I think he played 80 minutes and had everything tuned down and slowed down.
It's not Maiden's fault that Ozzy's 100 years old and can barely stand on his own power.
Dickinson got some pipes. You can definately tell that he has a trained voice. Last time I saw Maiden was during their 7th Son tour. Saw their new DVD and seems like they haven't lost a single step.
Saw Ozzy a few years ago and fell asleep. The guy is a bore. Only good thing about the show is Zack Wylde.

Still, it's kind of crappy that Maiden insults the man and the family whom the tour tributes. Sure, the crowd started it, but it's kind of funny that Iron Maiden can't take a heckling. It was kind of stupid for Bruce to make that comment. He shouldn't be surprised the Osbournes would react the way they did at the OZZFEST. Duh!
Well Ozzy could show some respect for the band he asked to co-headline his tour because he can't carry a whole show by himself anymore. As the story is being circulate 'the crowd' that was heckling was people who worked for Ozzy and Sharon, not random fans.

Or Raul Esparza!
I think they were more pissed off that the PA were turned off. A good number of the crowd as at the festival to watch Maiden. Beside, Dickinson have always spoken his mind and have done so more two decades.
They need Hugh Panaro.
What they NEED is "Powerslave: The NEW Iron Maiden MUSICAL!"
Man, it would be the loudest Broadway show in history. I nominate Hugh Panaro as Eddie.
Imagine the heart attacks the codgers who think 'Rent' is too loud would suffer.
Or the crowds watching the show. Many people would have a heart attacks seeing the crowds headbanging to Number of the Beast and Run to the Hills. I can see Eddie killing Reidel onstage, when Reidel say something stupid about the musical. I think this is exactly what Broadway needs.
