Zucchini of course.
I got one that must have weighed 15 pounds. I cut it up and am roasting it with Garlic, Pepper and Italian seasonings. Smells wonderful.
What are you doing with this summer's bounteous crop?

Posted: 8/4/10 at 11:56amReg I have a friend who makes killer Zucchini lasagna- she slices them lengthwise into long strips, then grills them over a high heat for just a few moments to give them a char. The assembles the lasagna-- delicious!!
