I saw this years ago when it premiered.
Watching now. Lynn Whitfield is beautiful.
Anyone remember this made for HBO film?

I remember it. I watched it the night it premiered and I thought it was fabulous. I saw that it's on HBO On Demand the other night and was tempted to watch it. Perhaps I will later. I wonder how it's held up.

Ended about a half an hour ago and I'd say it's held up very well.
Lynn's gorgeous and what a sad life Josephine had.

it is an excellent movie. with the brillant lynn leading an amazing cast. I was very happy about this film. HBO is excellent when it comes to its tv movies.

My wife & I both enjoyed it immensely. She was a great talent ahead of her time. When she did her last show in Paris, she kind of reminded us of Eartha Kitt
