Since the search feature has been revamped to become even MORE counterproductive, I can't bump any earlier threads on this.
Remember this girl who tweeted about how her landlords let her live in a moldy apartment? Common sense has prevailed in her case.
the court finds the tweet nonactionable as a matter of law.

I sort of figured it would play out this way and now instead of only the people who were following her Tweets knowing of the Landlord's moldy apartments, the whole country knows! They defamed themselves, no?
