It certainly was - thanks DAME.
I was drinking a White Grenache when I clicked the link but now I think I'm ready for a Merlot. I'd only heard Julie Wilson previously and not really understood her following. I think she needs to be seen as well as heard to fully appreciate her charisma.
It's also nice to find this gem amongst all the politics which I'm not qualified or prepared to comment upon.

Saw her in Jimmy & Legs Diamond & she was great in both
Here solos from Jimmy " I Only Wanna Laugh" & " The Charmin Son Of A Bitch" are out of sight.

I love Julie! I had dinner with her and a mutual friend one night at the Algonquin, after her performance there. God, that was 20 years ago. She's a wonderful talent and a wonderful lady, too. It was a great evening.

Here's another from a half century ago(!), not long after she replaced Janis Paige on Broadway as Babe in Pajama Game. She was truly fantastic back then.

...and, yvonne de carlo on the david frost show!! I remember seeing this show as a teenager, and became a sondeimfreak for life. Drops some lyrics at 3:58, but a stunning perf, as was the entire obc. There's just something so "interior" about her. No overacting, etc. Just a beautiful woman...

PalJoey'sPal and I went to see her on our 10th anniversary, which just happened to be her 80th birthday. She hugged us and told us to come back on our 20th for her 90th.
