I've missed everyone, I've just been overwhelmed with school (6th graders- eek!) and mommy-hood. Brian is HUGE now. He'll be two in May.

I know! I was around last summer, but this school year has taken it out of me. Its been so crazy, but so rewarding.

This is a few months old. I just got a new laptop. My other one died thanks to a certain someone yanking out the power cord as he chased the dog. I haven't connected it to the home network yet so that I can add the most recent pictures from our backup hard drive. This is Brian running around like a crazy guy with his daddy.

Thanks guys. I am really blessed by my amazing men. They are both so sweet and gorgeous as well.

Taz, the budget cuts are pretty rough, but as far as I can see I'm ok for now. Our school is facing a lot of cuts and a lot of problems right now, but in the end we are still all committed to doing what is in the best interest for the kids.

So what has everyone else been up to lately?

Our 6th grader has not crossed the dark side yet, but I seem glimpses of it. His friends still think that girls are disgusting.

Brdlwyr, enjoy it while it lasts. My students are already past the girls are icky stage, past the maybe girls are ok, way past the oooohh girls, to making out at any chance they get, to actually having sex and being ratted out at parent teacher conferences by the parents who caught them.

Again, CHERISH these days.
