Midi Notate Player http://www.notation.com/discus/messages/26657/26658.html?1111858718
It's a free program that plays midis and shows sheet music for them. It highlights the notes as they are played, sort of like a sing a long but without the words.
If you get the Midi Notate Musician version which has a 30 day trial and then you have to buy it to continue... it has a metronome that you can turn on and off. You can mute different tracks(edit out all but the melody or vice versa). You can also change the instruments. (specifically if you have rhythm problems you can change them to a drum or beat without a melody to get the rhythm down.) http://www.notation.com/MidiNotateMusicianOverview.htm
It costs 49.99 but definately worth it!
And you can find tons of broadway midis online and then convert them to sheet music.
