I'm a decent sight reader ,but I'm terrible at keeping tempo's are there any programs on the internet that can help me with that. (I already know about musicnotes.com)

I have NEVER met Cheyenne Jackson. I have never hung out with him in his dressing room, he did not tweet me, he never bought me a beverage, and he mostly certainly didn't tickle me. . .that is all.

Have you tried a metronome? I, personally, hate them, but they certainly keep you in tempo.

Midi Notate Player http://www.notation.com/discus/messages/26657/26658.html?1111858718

It's a free program that plays midis and shows sheet music for them. It highlights the notes as they are played, sort of like a sing a long but without the words.

If you get the Midi Notate Musician version which has a 30 day trial and then you have to buy it to continue... it has a metronome that you can turn on and off. You can mute different tracks(edit out all but the melody or vice versa). You can also change the instruments. (specifically if you have rhythm problems you can change them to a drum or beat without a melody to get the rhythm down.) http://www.notation.com/MidiNotateMusicianOverview.htm
It costs 49.99 but definately worth it!

And you can find tons of broadway midis online and then convert them to sheet music.
