Awww, I love your voice. It's such a pretty sound.

Make sure you're getting enough breath support. Expand your back (not your stomach!) and flare your nostrils when you breath in. In some of the higher, longer held notes, your vibrato gets a little out of control and you have trouble sustaining it, and I think more breath support will help that.

Sometimes I think you're scared of what you can do. You pull back on those higher notes that you obviously have just fine. Don't be afraid to blast them to the other corner of the room. Just do it with proper technique. :)

Think about your legato lines.

On the end vocalization thing: Get enough breath support, and place the sound on the hard palate. Especially on that B flat. It sounded as if it was on the soft palate, so if you place it more forward, it'll be perfect. You almost sounds too musical theatre right now, and there's not enough of a classical opera sound. Be careful of sliding, an make each note more staccato.
