The Jeanne Rimsky Theater at Landmark on Main Street is an intimate theater set in a historic building in Port Washington. On Saturday, May 13th, we proudly present the Songs of Alan J. Lerner. With Frederick Loewe, Lerner created some of the most well loved musicals ever to hit Broadway, including Brigadoon, My Fair Lady, and Camelot. His talent extended beyond Broadway and into film musicals as well, with Paint Your Wagon and Gigi.
Barry Levitt, former Artistic Director of the 92nd Street Y’s “Lyrics and Lyricists” program brings Alan J. Lerner’s music to life on Saturday, May 13, the night before Mother’s Day. Joining Barry and his combo onstage are talented Broadway and Cabaret performers Michelle Dyer, Bill Daugherty, Connie Pachl, and Sal Viviano. Hosting the show will be renowned critic, author and actor, Rex Reed.
