My broadway posters are hung up

Eh just thought a few of you would like a look.

I had a thread a while back on suggestions.

And this is the end result ... for now ....

Those look great! Very nice job.

Did you spend a small fortune on that framing?

Eh it was about $100 - $125/pic

But i also went for the "museum glass" the kind of framing that stops degredation. All that junk. But they had a big sale at Jo Ann Fabrics that week :) like buy 3 or more and get 60-70% off or something.

Ah, very nice. That's about what I pay to have mine done and I don't get that matting. The acid free backing and non-glare plexiglass is a plus for me since I live in southern California and earthquakes are a concern.

They look great kasim.

You're framing is so much better than mine. re: My broadway posters are hung up

I just go for the regular plexi with cardboard backing and no matte. (I'm ghetto like that.) I still have about 50 that I'm waiting to frame. Stupid money.

nice, but I'd bring the 2nd and 4th down to match the others.....those two are way too close to the ceiling....and you have a nice big wall......I'd not have them so close together......

Keep them staggered, they look great. Nice job and you should be proud.

Oh I love that! Very nice.

I also like your arrangement of picture frames on the table. Very aesthetically (spelling?) pleasing.

thanks for all the compliments :) I appreciate it.

I do have room for one more on the far left.

So we'll see if i add any more htis trip. My Goal is to have evenmore eventually.

And yeah i am gonna keep them staggered :) Plus .... logistically it would be SUCH a pain in the ass to measure everythng perfectly to have them in a row. Cause you'd want them all to be the EXACT same height.

I dont know if you can tell (specially with DRS) But they are all signed except for the rent poster.

kasim, you just need a partner with OCD......I'll give you mine for a day, I will not tell you what he goes through when he hangs pix, but when finally done....everything is exact....I'm just used to it! lol

LOL thanks for the offer Elphaba.

my brother usually serves as the OCD member when it comes to doing decorating. Which is why i am gonna pay him to paint my place this summer :)

But after a while i tend to resort to violence when he keeps having me change things around.
