NY Philharmoic in Central Park

Anyone else planning on heading over to the Great Lawn for the NY Philharmonic tonight? I've never gone before, but am considering it this time around. Anyone have any past experiences with it?

Yeah I went last year- I got there kind of late (7:30?) so I didn't get a great spot. Most people around me were talking the whole time and being kind of rude, but I heard from someone sitting closer to the front that it's less like that the further you move up. So, I say get there early. I'm getting there around 5pm which should be early enough. They sounded great last year, I'm sure they'll be great again!
