It is so convoluted that many of those voting on it have never read it or have any intention of.

Democrat Thomas Carper (Senator from Delaware) states" I don't
expect to read the legislative language because it is among the more confusing things Ive ever read in my life".Carper also doubts his fellow members in the finance committee will read it either. He further says the bill is "incomprehensible" & "hard stuff to understand".He goes on " it is just hard to decipher what it really means".

Interestingly a proposal that would have required the committee to post the full text of the bill 72 hours before the vote was rejected. I wonder why

Roxy honestly has no idea which side he's arguing against any more. I can't be the only person who remembers him saying people have no right to health care. So I vote he voluntarily gives up his insurance before he gets another round of chemo.

considering for how long Roxy complained day and night on here about his own health issues, I find it ironic that he doesn't comprehend that reforming health care would help him.
Then again, I probably should not be surprised at all...
