Posted: 9/19/04 at 11:32amAlright, I've finished packing, and ready to go to the airport! I'm attending an international forum in Beijing, for student leaders of Chinese descent. I'm very excited; I've never been to Beijing before, and it's a free trip! So I won't be posting for the next two weeks. I'll miss you all!

I went to China too! I think it was 2 summers ago. I'm not Chinese (I'm Japanese...although I've never been to Japan) it was fun, although really hot & humid. They have a lot of bicycles!

I hope I can find an Internet cafe so I can keep posting. I'll definitely post some pictures up.
The conference is on "China and the Global Economy," which I know nothing about. But everything is paid for, so I'm not complaining! Plus they'll be a field trip to the Great Wall - I can't wait!
