I used to like Olberman. But he goes too far sometimes, and acts no better than his Republican counterparts. He makes me uncomfortable because I don't want us to be like them.

Olbermann is just a blowhard. He may be right on some issues, but I find him unbearable. Rachel Maddow, on the other hand, is brilliant. So far, she's been very courteous to her guests from both parties. She cuts no one off, lets people complete their thoughts, and asks intelligent questions.

I love the way Maddow has Pat Buchanan on as a regular official segment with its own title and everything. I don't know if last night was the first time, or just the first time I noticed, but she now starts the segment with a graphic of Pat's big smiling face with the segment title, "It's Pat!" stamped over it. I died laughing because that was the title of the Julia Sweeney character's show on SNL. And you know Rachel did that on purpose.

I give her credit for including him, specifically, in her show, considering all the things he's said about gays in the past.

Olbermann can get pretty mean-spirited about some things, but I have to admit, he sometimes expresses the passion I feel towards some of the topics. I thought this particular rant about Palin was dead on and absolutely needed to be said. Too bad he's preaching to the choir. The people who need to hear it never will.

Rachel Maddow is brilliant at conveying the utter confusion by some of the spin and comments made by those who are avoiding questions by winging it. I love her facial expressions.

As far as I'm concerned, Olberman = Hannity, except we agree on some issues.

I've stopped watching him and I have no plans to go back, especially now that Rachel Maddow is on.

I like Keith because he has been willing over the last few years to take on Bush and directly admonish him for things such as undermining the Constitution and the rule of law.

The Hannity comparison is a bit much.

Keith has become too full of himself, but at least he has a functioning brain.

Hannity is a broken record of Republican talking points with a side dish of major-league ass kissing.
