I just finished "A Hell of a Life by Maureen Stapleton after Pal Joey recommend it(Thanks PJ) A terrific read and very funny.
I then watched "Queen of the Stardust Ballroom" to cap off my Maureen Stapleton love festival........but the ending is so sad, I cried like a big baby!!!!
How did the Broadway show end and why did it flop?
Anyone?

Posted: 11/25/07 at 8:04pmShe won the crown and everybody danced. Nobody died. Except the show. It wasn't very well received by the critics and had to compete with some higher-powered shows that season, namely THEY'RE PLAYING OUR SONG and SWEENEY TODD.
Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)
