I am listening to iTunes on shuffle.
'Poor Baby' from Compny was playing, which of course has Elaine Stritch. The song ended with the word 'baby' and you could prominently hear Elaine.
The next song started and it was Elaine singing 'I'm just a Broadway BABY...."
It was weird.
It's like iTunes has a mind. Or its just weird that out of 4,000 songs, those two winded up one after the other.
Wow. It's really odd when things like that happen.
A Twilight Zone worthy experience
My ITunes does things like that all the time! It drives me crazy the way it links things though. I have a lot of Broadway and Christian music on mine, and some rock. But it totally will link things in the weirdest way. Of course, I can't think of a specific example at the moment, but there have been times where I've stepped back and gone "wow, thats weird."
Its done stuff like this before. Not *this* weird though.
It is kinda creepy!

It's not weird. It's your brain spotting patterns where there aren't any. Any kind of randomness has, well, random clustering.
Spill a bag of M&Ms on a table. There's probably be clusters of candies of the same color together. This isn't same-color magnetism or some kind of higher power, it's just probability. There are strings of the exact same digits in pi, too.

OOOOOH, Priest, you okay? Well, of course not.
I made a mix cd, and one song from Parade ends with "HANG HIM!".
The next song is Suddenly Seymour, and the first line is "Lift up your head..."

Aw, I wouldn't kick a guy in the balls for something like as small as a slap. A good punch to the stomach, maybe.
And I'm sorry I ruined your "haunted computer" theory. I'm too scientific for my own good sometimes. Damn high school.
