Been in the theater a few times. It will be interesting how it will turn out. The theater is not based on Versailles. It was never triplexed due to the horseshoe shaped shallow balcony.

It was designed by architects Rapp & Rapp.They did both the NY & Brooklyn Paramount.

There are fantastic theaters like this (in ruins for decades) all over the country. It makes me weep.

There are many here in NY. Seeing demolished theaters is worse.
