Any fans? I found them pretty much by accident, and have become a helpless addict. They're basically Ricky Gervais, his writing/directing partner Steven Merchant and a man named Karl Pilkington going on about whatever strikes them. My favorite regular feature is Karl's Diary, where he describes the odd little things he does all day.

I... really really really dislike Ricky Gervais. I think he's a cracking writer, comes up with some very funny stuff, but I don't like HIM.

But... I thought I heard Robin Ince had something to do with Gervais podcasts. And that's a sticky spot for me, because I adore Robin Ince. :/

I looooove the podcasts! I have all of them on my ipod, plus all the shows Ricky, Carl, and Steve did on XFM and I listen to them frequently.

According to Ricky's blog they've already taped one final season.......I believe it's going to start airing in September.

I enjoy the podcasts, especially Karl's Diaries. The one thing that gets on my nerves is the ceaseless attacks from Gervais and Merchant on Pilkington's alleged stupidity. I get so sick of hearing them yell at him all the time.

I listened to the fifth and final series of Ricky Gervais podcasts, and I can only say that I'm glad they're not doing any more, if this is the best that they can come up with. They make a series of jokes about how they can't believe they're charging for this stuff, and I can only say that I don't believe it either.

I want my time and money BACK.

that was a pretty quick turn-around, Roscoe. A little over a month and you go from suggesting it to others, to wanting your money and your time back in just 5 listens.

It was a pretty drastic drop in quality, Pippin. A little over a month and Gervais is putting out tiresome crap that I'm sorry I spent my money and time on.

The other podcasts are fine, and I'd still recommend them. Avoid this last one like the plague.
