Harry Markopolis, an investment fraud investigator testifying before Congress on the S.E.C."S role in the madoff debacle said the following yesterday :
"I'm saying that if you flew the entire SEC staff to boston, sat them in Fenway park for an afternoon, they could not find first base"

He was an equal opportunity swindler.
It seems he may have also swindled money from the mob. If so, his ass is history.
