I love this song today, but when I was younger it was the one I'd always fast-forward through on the tape. I guess I didn't appreciate how simple and pretty it was.

Back when I was in Hair, we kind of LIVED like we were in Hair, so we did a lot of .... experimenting. I remember one night sitting outside a party in my car with two of my tribemates, singing this song at the top of our lungs. We'd get to that "When you go out in the street, so many hassles with the heat..." and I would tear it up!
