Then again, Adam Lambert was allowed on "Idol"...

He was in the ensemble for "Wicked" and either understudied or played Boq.
Sasha was in the OBC of the "Hair" revival playing Dionne and is on the cast album singing the opening "Age of Aquarius," etc. Fantastic.

She was in CAMP, too.
YOu can have professional credits for the Voice. There have been a number of b'way people on there. Just last year (I think) wasn't Tony Vincent on it? And someone that was in Rent...but I can't remember who, female (I know that doesn't narrow it down much.)

Sasha was fabulous! I wanted her to burst into "How Shall I See You THrough My Tears" or "Black Boys/White Boys." :)

I agree. I'm a fan of that song, even when it came out after the controversy. I don't think it was the best match.
I don't think any blind audition song should start low and slow. There's only so much time alotted.
