(Not my own..)

It's Halloween. A parent goes trick or treating with his little 6 year old named Wally (wall street). Little Wally earns a HUGE bag of candy, a garbage bag full of it.

Later that night, the parent decides he is going to go out to eat so he looks for a baby sitter for little Wally and his bag of candy that he 'earned' The parent unwisely chooses Wally's good friend, the 7 year old Goey (Government). The parent knows that it would not be good for little Wallly to eat all his candy so he instructs Goey to only give Wally a little bit of his candy.

After dinner, the parent comes home to find that Wally ate the WHOLE bag of candy... minus the few extra candies that he gave to Goey. Little Wally is now very sick, puking, and groaning. He really should not have ate all the candy, but he just could not help himself because it tasted so good at the time. And of course, Goey did not stop him because Wally gave him some candy too and besides they were both very happy when they were eating the candy.

Now little Wally is clearly in very bad shape and need to go to the hospital. However, at this point, Goey pipes up and says that he knows exactly what is wrong with Wally and what needs to be done.... His solution? Goey proposes a 700billion dollar bailout plan to buy even more candy for Wally to eat. The parents know they should object, but they are so worried for little Wally, that they agree and furthermore they push Goey to get the extra candy right away.

And this is basically what happened and where we are today.
