I thought I'd share the PM I got from PatiB (also known as PB ENT) for your edification. I received it only a short while ago. Now the lady considers me a "loser" (or in Pati-Speak, it's "looser").
Enjoy.
Don't faint! from PB ENT.

I've always enjoyed your writing...It's obvious that you put lots and lots of time, research and effort into your work. BWW is fortunate to get such whole souled effort for their site ....handed to them so generously.
I'm paying you an honest compliment, take it or leave it...I would/could not devote this effort without being compensated. Keep up the good work!
Peace!

I am not paid to write for BWW and my private message was actually an honest compliment. That's why the topic read "Don't Faint." Because, despite many unfortunate altercations, I have always maintained that Joseph is an excellent journalist.
There are no implications whatsoever. To work that hard at producing a credible piece at no cost must be a labor of love and Admin. is fortunate to have this quality of writer. Not only do I admit to lacking those skills, but also could not afford the time to do so at no charge. It was a simple attempt at being civil and acknowleding a job well done. It was poorly received. But that's not my problem.
The "other" comment was made a few months ago, as I recall.
That should cover that.

On 6/1 I received your PM, PatiB.
On 6/16 you referred to me as a "contentious looser" [sic] on currently running thread.
In just about 2 weeks you did an about face concerning me. I remained silent in regard to your PM because I realized it was insincere.

Posted: 6/16/05 at 10:35pmThe interesting thing to me is, obviously the other thread inspired this 'PM' posting, and yet it wasn't deemed appropriate to keep it with the others in that context. An entirely seperate thread had to be dedicated.

I'm sure it's merely a coincidence that that PM was sent today.
Otherwise it would seem as if PB is trying to do some DC. (That's DAMAGE CONTROL laugh out loud).

What about Mrs. Briermears pies from Quogue? I think it was Quogue or some place out east. We used to get the best pies.

Why does Patti B Entertainment consistently spell "loser" as "looser"?
Does she take spelling lessons from Liam? Or give them, maybe...
