MY hobby?
Well.....
Does the word "trivia" mean anything to you?
So I'm a little curious, what's YOUR favorite hobby?

I like to sew. My goal is to be a costume designer on Broadway, so someday when all you talented folks are famous, I may be fitting your costumes!
I do like to act and sing and everything, I just know that my talent is nothing to get very excited about, so I've pretty much resigned myself to backstage work. But I'm still going to try to get into a musical theatre program in college.
GOOD LUCK with that, Destiny!!!
I think costumes are an integral part of ANY theatrical production!

What do you do to relax?
Read, Write, Sing, Sleep, Sleep, See theater, Listen to music...or going to Central Park. If you sit there in silence for 5 minutes you'll be cured at least for a little while.
What chases the blues away?
Listening to Donna Murphy sing 'One Hundred Easy Ways to Lose A Man' and 'Birds of Paradise'
What fills your life with joy and laughter?
Theater!! Going to school. Ordinarily that would be the biggest loserish thing to say, but I go to La Guarida High School and I'm in the drama department, and that makes me want to go to school everyday. DRAMA!!

Well I can add to the THEATRE thing for all three, but that would just be redundant.
Reading, Singing, listening to my iPod(I swear I'm addicted to the thing), coming onto BWW, and even though it's not relaxing, I still count debating as one of my hobbies
Debating! Cool!!!
Do you remember the old Mary Tyler Moore Show, where Mary is trying to decide whether or not to buy a new car? Rhoda very candidly and succintly presents BOTH sides of the issue.
Mary: "Rhoda, that was GREAT. You presented BOTH sides of the issue in a masterful yet non-judgmental fashion."
Rhoda: "You should hear me on Nixon."
Destiny- i'll be a director so ill be sure to hire you!
Marathoning (as in running, not being the attendant at a gas station)
I saw The Boston Marathon twice when I went to Boston University, Son.
Pretty exciting stuff!
God, people who actually enjoy exercising are so lucky. it takes most of my energy just to convince myself to actually get up and do something.
I'm actually new at it. I started training in December and I am up to 14 miles. (Which I am running today since I didn't have time yesterday with Easter and all) I am skinny but was unathletic so it just goes to show you a lot of it is mind over matter. Now that I've started running I can't believe I didn't start it sooner. Sometimes it's difficult to get motivated but I always feel great during and afterwards.
Are you getting that "runner's high", yet?
Well, good for you! I tried running for awhile, but I found it too boring.
I don't think so yet. My last few long runs haven't been very good... My ten mile run was really good though. I really wasn't at a high but I was operating at a level of performance I hadn't been at before. I usually average about a ten minute mile but during that run I averaged a full minute less per mile that day. (It may not seem like a lot but when I was running I really noticed it.) It has been a really cold and bland winter here so the environment hasn't been helping me achieve a runner's high. I am really pumped for spring though. I probably won't really experience the high for another week or two at least.
I am lucky to have one of the best rail-trails in the state about a half-mile from where I live here at school. It straightens out a bit after you get about 6 miles out but there are still curves every once in awhile which helps keep it from getting boring. The hardest part it is so dreary in the winter nd there aren't many people on the trail. It's nice because people always say hello to you as you pass them and that gives you that little bit extra motivation to run.
