Spring Awakening Audition Help

I am thinking of submitting an audition online for Spring Awakening through their website. I need suggestions for a song. They want alternative rock and folk rock and no musical theater. I am a soprano but I can belt as well. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

I think something like Jewel or Alanis Morisette or Brandi Carlile would work really well.
