Stretching your mouth excersizes and tounge twisters

What do you all do to warm up your mouth?

When I was in Acting 1 we used to do "Give me the gift of a grip top sock..." I love that and now I can do it really fast. We also used to do tounge twisters like:

"red leather, yellow leather."
"Unite,Unique New York,"
"She stood on the balcony,inexplicably mimicking him hiccoughing and amicably welcoming him home."
"Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers."
"A big black bear bit a big black bug
and the big black bug bled black blood."
"Eleven benevolent elephants"

There are tons of other tounge twisters but are there any other mouth excersizes that you do?- *besides THAT*

To sit in solemn silence
On a dull dark dock
With a pestilential (sp? i haven't slept much...) peasant
With a swift sharp shock....

Stuff like that.

In every show I did, the director would have us warm up with this:
Articulatory agility
Is a desirable ability
For manipulating with dexterity
The tongue, the palate, the lips.
