I have an audition coming up for a student written issues play. I need a dramatic monolouge. Ive narrowed it down to three:
'Changes' From Our Town
'Look at Me Now' From Gypsy
and
'Dance Ten, Looks Three' from A Chorus Line.
My personal favriote is Look at Me Now, But i dont know if it showcases the acting style that the show will require. I dont know if its modern enough. Same for Changes. Dance Ten, Looks Three, does showcase the style, but its overused and semi innapropiate, espically because this is souposed to be a student show. Any Advice? Other Suggestions?
