Ok, talk about that here, since so many people want to share their opinions on it.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, go look at the "adults and mature teens only..." thread. Or contribute new thoughts, that would be good too.

another ..
yow!
in what context?
I'm prepared.
I like four out of five of those - can I still play?
Hell yes! Although I don't know if your intentions, I've been having a ball with these threads.
This one is cuz I'm tired of the other one getting onto this topic. Many people seem to have opinions on this issue, so might as well have a new thread for it instead of jacking the old one.

Tiff, you pedophile.
And liotte, I said one thing about it when someone broached the subject. That's not enought to start a thread, I don't think.
Now of course, the question is which 4 are we talking about Tiff?
Get it? "Jacking the old one"?
Some of us would know more about that than others.
theatrebabe, it's not just because of one comment you said! There were tons of people commenting on this issue, so I thought there could be another thread to discuss it.
theatrebabe, you know I think you're swell...and this isn't just directed at you, but I just feel like saying...and I've wanted to say this for a while...

I had a thread on the Yankees board about "Juicy Couture and the Sexualization of children. Personally I don't think 13 and 14 year girls should walk aroudn with "Juicy" across their asses and when they line of junior juicy clothing and I'm at Best Buy and there are ten year old girls with "Junior Juicy" across their asses, I think thats pretty inappropriate.

:P Allright!
This just appeared directily after my comment. Seemed like it.
THANK YOU TIFF!!!!
That should become the message board motto, don't you think?
I agree, I think modern media and today's culture are forcing kids to grow up much too soon.
I have 3 younger sisters- 13, 16, and 19- and I was shocked (and still am) as they were growing up, seeing their clothes, hearing what came out of their mouths, and stuff that I didn't even know about until late high school/early college, they learned in middle school or younger.
Yeah...
Yeah...
I have a solution!
I think we should build a village far secluded from mainstream culture, and raise a new generation according to strict puritanical sentiments.
Then to make sure the youths do not begin to think on their own or venture from the settlement, a group of elders can dress up as menacing creatures, harassing the children and driving them to pure utter terror!
Who's with me?!?!
I'm starting a movement. It's in my signature. I don't know how many times I've wanted to say it but haven't because of my compulsive desire to keep the peace. But I don't feel badly using my pal TheatreBabe as a scapegoat. It's so cathartic. Yell it with me, people.
