Here's a thread where everyone can help everyone else out!
If you know of a website, book or some other media that would help out the theatre student or actor -post it!
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I guess I'll add some more since no one else has...
http://www.ibdb.com - Internet Broadway Database.
http://www.hamienet.com/cat1.html - Downloadable Broadway midis. (great for practicing songs and to use for performances when no accompianist is available)
http://www.talentmatch.com - Upload audio clips, profile, resume, pictures and video for free! Restrictions without subscription (you can't view how many hits your page has had, can't send a portfolio out when a director requests it, You can only upload 5 pics, 3 audio and 3 videos. I'm sure there are others...) I use it as a supplement for my resume.

came across this site today!
http://www.playdatabase.com
"We felt that the world needed a free service to help theatre lovers find plays to produce and monologues to memorize without any favoritism to a specific publisher, popular opinion, or price. And thus playdatabase.com was born.
playdatabase.com is the largest database of plays and monologues on the internet that can be searched realistically -- not just by title or author, but by the parameters that count -- cast size, length, synopsis, and more. We are also the only site that goes beyond the basics, providing guidelines to potential directors, trivia for the curious theatergoer, and biographical information about the various playwrights."

Just found this great list from www.Cornellcollege.edu
Because the college is in Iowa, some of the links are for the midwest, which I love, but for those of you on the coast, you can just ignore them.
