Hello Friends in the Broadway World Community;

The producers of the upcoming show
"The Ultimate Drag Off' need your help!!

Our show is a live interactive "reality show meets game show" format where contestants perform in drag for prizes and the audience is involved in voting after a series of four knockout drag off rounds. With influences of 'Who's Line Is it Anyway", 'American Idol' and 'Let's Make A Deal'..this show will be quite fun and a weekly friday night event in midtown manhattan starting on November 18th, 2005.

We need your help.

We are looking for creative drag names to name our 'Vanna White' of the show.

Our host, NYC drag sensation 'Sweetie' (as seen on Too Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything Julie Newmar and other fantabulous projects) will be hosting the event.

But we are looking for a fun, creative name to give to our 'Vanna White' of the show..

First of all, They need some new Drag entertainment. Sweety from Wong Foo? That was an ION ago now! Get a Host nobody ever saw instead of old queens around forever. Whay even ask for a new name, You might as well hire The Lady Bunny and just do it if this is how you are starting out. I dont mind the drag, but bad drag is so tired when there probably is new talent out there. I hate to sound negative but get a new host and start over.
You can call a new host Dea Prientess, just not Sweety!!

I truly don't mean to sound negative but even a drag show can be a great drag show, There's fresh new talent out there. That was my only quibble. It's like going to see another Danny LaRue show, same old thing in the usual way, you know? Spice it up I say! At any rate, Break a Leg whatever happens!

I believe the point of the show is to showcase up and coming new talents as well, from week to week. I read an article on it and it sounds likealot of campy, chaotic fun. I enjoy the 'American Idol' "Who's Line Is it Anyway' twist to it.
